i Art Bert processes your personal data for the following purposes

– If you contact us to ask a question, via the contact form. We ask for your name and e-mail address in order to answer your question. Once the question has been answered, we will delete your name and email address from our administration within 3 weeks.

– If you have indicated that you are interested in our newsletter and have provided us with your e-mail address with your permission, we will store your name and e-mail address until you indicate that you are no longer interested in our newsletter (via the unsubscribe option in the newsletter). NB: we have not yet actively introduced the newsletter, but we have already included it in our privacy statement.

– Our goal is to share our art with the world and we are very curious about which regions show interest in our art. That is why we work with “Google Analytics”. This allows us to see which works of art are visited on our website and which regions of the world have shown interest. The data is always anonymous and cannot be traced back to a person.

Personal data that we process

i Art Bert processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

– Name and email address when asking a question via the contact form. When you fill in this information, you can only send the form if you have indicated that you agree to providing your information. As previously indicated, we keep it for a maximum of 3 weeks after answering the question.

How long we keep personal data

i Art Bert does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

  • • We keep personal data for the purpose of requesting information for up to three weeks after closing the email exchange.
  • • We depend on Google Analytics for how long they store surfing behavior. The data is always anonymous and cannot be traced back to a person.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies that i Art Bert uses are only analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. We do not use the storage of IP addresses via Google Analytics.

i Art Bert does not place a cookie detector on the website, because the way in which we request visitor statistics is not privacy sensitive. View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.

In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

If you would like to exercise your right to object and/or right to data portability or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to info@iartbert.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@iartbert.com and we will delete this information. Here too we ask you to identify yourself, as described above.

This is to protect your privacy. i Art Bert will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks. i Art Bert would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we protect personal data

i Art Bert takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@iartbert.com

i Art Bert has taken the following measures to protect your personal data

  • • Only the artist, the administrator and the secretariat of i Art Bert have access to your data and will never share it with third parties.
  • • We use the retention periods that we have included in this privacy statement.
  • • We work with a recognized virus scanner.
  • • Data on our hardware is locked with a password from our administrators.
